We ship anywhere that is legal except for the countries listed under our Terms & Conditions of Sale.

We are not responsible for custom rules and you must check with the custom services of the country receiving the package to see if jewelry can be imported into your country. We are not responsible for jewelry that is confiscated by your customs service for any reason. By ordering into the country you are sending the package to, you assert that you are aware of that country's customs rules.

Deliveries take between 7 & 10 days.  If your item/s are required sooner please contact us for alternate shipping costs.

Whilst we will make every effort to ensure delivery on time we can not be held responsible for delays that are caused by outside factors beyond our control. We do request that you contact us immediately with any problems as damaged and lost items can be replaced.

 Insurance is not offered.

While we do endeavour to show only items that are available we may occasionally run out of stock. We will immediately inform you via email of your choices ie :a different colour or size, a replacement product or full refund, which ever you require.
