Unless otherwise noted, shipping fees are not refundable under any circumstances.
If the shipping address cannot be verified no Delivery Guarantee applies and customer assumes responsibility for mis-directed, returned, or lost packages and must re-pay S&H to receive the order again. If the package arrives at the wrong address that you provided and it is not returned by the receiver we are not responsible for the loss. Our shipment includes a $100 insurance from the carrier, beyond that insurance you are responsible for insuring the rest of the value of the package. We will add insurance to each package to assure there are no loses. Although insurance prices may change without notice, they will be $1.70 for the first $100 (after the first $100 courrier insurance) and $1.30 for each $100 or portion thereof.
Due to varying custom laws, we cannot tell you if you will incur custom fees. Please consult with a qualified attorney or customs expert before making your purchase decision. It is our understanding that USA customers may incur up to a 7.3% custom fee which must be paid upon receipt of the item when receiving items sent from outside the US. European customers incur a 20% VAT tax. If you are in the USA or Europe, please check with your local customs department for the particulars in your case!

Once you pay for the jewelry there are no returns and you are committed to purchasing the jewelry. Should you reverse payment somehow, you will still be responsible for the full value of the jewelry and we will seek legal means to recover our loses. If the jewelry is damaged in transit to you and you report it within 2 business days as being damaged, we will apply for the insurance to cover the loss and we may require a letter from you and possible photo as well as the return to us of the damaged merchandize to show the insurance company. Also claims on the insurance may take as much as 21 days to get resolved.
